چکیده

We report a 12-year-old girl with history of absence and generalized tonic-clonic seizures as well stereotyped, light-induced, hand-waving episodes (HWEs) (video 1). The latter were occasionally accompanied by eye fluttering. Notably, her maternal uncle had childhood-onset seizures. Video-EEG confirmed that HWEs epileptic in nature 2). She was started on fenfluramine addition to valproate partial improvement HWEs.
